Terms and Conditions of the Joëlle Ciocco Paris Affiliate Program
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Joëlle Ciocco Paris Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Program Registration
To participate in the Program, you must submit an application through our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links
Once accepted into the Program, you will receive unique affiliate links. You may use these links on your website, social media, or any other channel to promote our products.
4. Commissions
Affiliates will receive a 10% commission on sales made through their affiliate links. The calculation of commissions excludes shipping fees and taxes. Affiliate tracking cookies have a duration of 30 days, meaning that sales made within 30 days of a click on an affiliate link will be attributed to the respective affiliate.
5. Payment of Commissions
Commissions will be paid monthly, provided the amount due reaches a minimum of 50 euros. If this amount is not reached, the commissions will be carried over to the following month until the threshold is met.
6. Eligibility Conditions for Commissions
Commissions will not be paid in the following cases:
- The customer has requested a refund for the relevant purchase.
7. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for:
- Ensuring their affiliate links are properly set up for tracking sales.
- Complying with all applicable laws and Joëlle Ciocco Paris policies when promoting our products.
8. Restrictions
Affiliates may not:
- Use fraudulent or deceptive methods to generate sales.
- Purchase our products through their own affiliate links.
- Use our trademarks or content without prior authorization.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
10. Modification of Terms
Joëlle Ciocco Paris reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be informed of any changes, and their continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Joëlle Ciocco Paris will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
