I recommend using it in the morning and evening. Take the amount necessary for your skin’s needs, spread with the fingertips in rotating movements over the entire face, neck and then finish with a gentle smoothing.

On a well-cleansed skin, after your lotion and serum, apply the Réserves Nutritives. Ideally, wait a few moments before applying a second product (sunscreen or makeup) to optimize the virtues of each.
